Upon Request) Sealant Information View Parts Listings: Bases | Frames | CapsThe CERDIP dual-in-line package has the same high performance characteristics as the standard three-layer ceramic package, yet is a cost-effective alternative. It is a military approved package with excellent reliability characteristics. The package consists of an Alumina (AI203) base and lid, which is hermetically sealed to the frame with solder glass. Packages are available in 14, 16, 18, 22, 28 and 40 pin configurations. CERDIP sets are sold as three separate components - base, frame and cap.
