 What kind of warranty will I receive with my products? All of Spectrum's materials are of the highest quality. If you are not 100% satisfied with the materials purchased you may return them within thirty (30) days of shipment, if the material has not been used or compromised, for free replacement (if available), credit or a full refund. Special orders may not be returned unless they are non-conforming, damaged or defective. Your Account Executive will provide you with a Return Authorization Number which is required for all returned materials. What kind of quality certificate will I receive? We certify that all packaging materials ordered from Spectrum are manufactured in accordance with the applicable government and/or manufacturer's specifications. All orders are subject to your inspection at destination. We will provide you with a Spectrum Certificate of Conformance with any order, upon request. In many cases we are able to provide you with the original manufacturer's Certificate of Conformance. How quickly can I get my order? Purchase Orders received by 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed and materials shipped the same day! Orders received after 2 p.m. PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. What if I can't find the product I want? If you do not find the item you are looking for - just ask! We're experts in locating packaging from our world-wide network of vendors. Also, our expanded website updates our product offerings on a daily basis. We provide you information on current inventory levels plus inbound restocking inventories. What are your payment terms? Spectrum offers Net 30 payment terms to customers with established credit. We also accept checks, COD orders, VISA and MasterCard. |
